Don’t forget nonequine farm animals! Welcome to the Farm Friends Corral! Here you will find many varieties and species of farm friends to make your farm complete. Our farm friends come in all shapes and sizes, with different backgrounds.
Buttercup
As of 2024, Buttercup is estimated to be approximately one to two years old. She came to HAHS through an inter-agency transfer from the Anti-Cruelty Society of Chicago. She may be slightly sight impaired, but this girl doesn't know it because she greets you with lots of little oinks and comes running to you when you call her. She thoroughly enjoys being loved on.
Wilma
As of 2024, Wilma is approximately seven years old. She came to HAHS in 2018 after being found as a stray in the park. She is shy at first. Once Wilma learns you are her friend, she likes to have conversations with you where you both talk back and forth.
