Meet Our Adoptable Long Ears
You gotta love those ears! Welcome to our Long Ears Corral! You will find our mules, hinnies, and donkeys in this corral. They all have different backgrounds and levels of experience with handling.

He is curious-natured, comes when you call and likes to have his neck scratched. Lil Wayne needs an experienced person with mules who can continue his training. He has been started under saddle. Lil Wayne and Sugar Rae are bonded. The two mules are looking for a forever home together.
Sugar Rae

Sugar as we call her is a beautiful mule with some of the most expressive and beautiful eyes that we have ever seen. Sugar is curious-natured but is still a bit shy until she knows she can trust you. Sugar needs a person experienced with working with mules to continue her training. Sugar has been started under saddle. Sugar Rae and Lil Wayne are looking for a forever home together.
Samuel
As of 2024, Samuel is 16 years old. He is a chestnut-colored hinny who came to HAHS from a local impoundment. He is very shy but is slowly getting used to his handlers. He is very, very cute. Samuel will need a secure pen since he enjoys escaping! He has been driven in the past but would need re-training from a knowledgeable mule/donkey person. Samuel is currently pastured in Kentucky.
Stanley
As of 2024, Stanley is 15 years old. He is a gray hinny who appears to have had limited handling. He is comfortable with people who routinely care for him. A very experienced handler would best adopt Stanley. He has been driven in the past but would need re-training from an experienced mule/donkey person. Stanley is currently pastured in Kentucky.
