About Vinny

Looking for a lovable pig with a big personality? Meet Vincent Van Gogh, affectionately known as Vinny! This handsome Juliana/KuneKune mix came to HAHS alongside his best friend, Pablo Picasso, after a challenging rescue effort during one of the coldest weather snaps of the year. Over several days, the HAHS team worked tirelessly to safely round up and rescue the two boys. Vinny earned his famous name during his time on the loose. At some point during his adventures, he lost part of an ear—much like the artist Vincent Van Gogh. The injury healed beautifully, requires no special care, and certainly hasn't slowed him down one bit! In fact, Vinny is as active, happy, and food-motivated as ever. This sweet, neutered gentleman absolutely loves scratches, belly rubs, and attention from his people. He comes running when called—especially if he suspects there might be veggies waiting in his meal bowl! During the summer months, Vinny enjoys cooling off with a good mud roll or lounging in his kiddie pool. In the winter, you'll find him happily burrowed into fresh straw under the warmth of a heat lamp. While Vinny enjoys spending time near Pablo, the boys do best with their own space to avoid occasional brotherly squabbles. What they do share is a love for people, snacks, and comfortable accommodations! Vinny is available for adoption on his own or together with Pablo Picasso. Whether you're looking for one wonderful pig or a pair of charming companions, Vinny is ready to make your life a little brighter.
