About Juno

Say hello to Juno, an adorable 8-month-old grade pinto colt with a bright spirit and a heart full of courage. When Juno first arrived at HAHS, he was extremely emaciated, and we were genuinely concerned for his survival. He had also been kept in a confined space, missing the movement young horses need to develop strong, healthy legs. But Juno is a fighter. Since coming into our care, he has steadily gained weight, receives bi-monthly farrier visits, and his legs are growing stronger every day. His confidence is blossoming right along with him. Juno is friendly, curious, and brave — he loves people and absolutely adores getting scratches. He’s not quite ready for adoption yet, but with the amazing progress he’s making, we know he’ll be seeking a loving home before long.
