Scarlet is a stunning dark bay mare from the Danville 11 herd. While she is still feral, she has made progress and is beginning to trust those who take the time to understand her unique needs.

Scarlet is available for adoption to someone with experience working with feral horses. She is well-suited as a pasture pal, thriving in a natural environment where she can interact with other horses and move freely. Her ideal home is one where she can continue to live in a herd, with a person who has the patience and skill to work with her at her own pace.

Currently, Scarlet is pastured in Kentucky, enjoying the companionship of other horses. She is a mare full of potential, and with the right adopter, she will continue to grow and build trust over time.
