Tackapalooza 2024

Tackapalooza 2024 is planned for Sunday, May 5th, from 9 am to 3 pm at the Hooved Animal Humane Society’s location at 10804 McConnell Rd. Woodstock, IL 60098. Shop multiple vendors and tour the HAHS farm, where you can meet the animals. Guided farm tours at 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. Find the tack you have been looking for at great prices, or make space in your tack room and put a few dollars in your pocketbook.
6-foot vendor tables are available for $25 each.
Sell or consign a saddle for $25 and a $10 admin fee when it sells.
Sell or consign a horse trailer for $25 and a $75 admin fee when it sells.
Non-refundable fees are due by April 22, 2024.
Vendor load-in begins at 7:30 am May 5th. Vendors must be loaded out by 4:30 pm.
Consigned saddles must be delivered to HAHS between April 27th and May 3rd.
Consigned trailers must be delivered to HAHS on May 4th between the hours of 10 am and 3 pm or on Sunday, May 5th between the hours of 7:30 am and 8:30 am.
Any items left at HAHS after May 8th will be considered donations and will become the property of HAHS.
Suggested $5 entry donation to help HAHS protect hooved animals from abuse and neglect.
For the safety of our guests and animals, only service dogs will be allowed on the property.
